I would have just liked a bit more communication regarding the delivery status, since it’s always a significant amount of money. But my inquiries were always answered quickly. Nevertheless, everything worked out perfectly in the end—the driver notified us via WhatsApp a day in advance. We’re happy and can recommend the shop!

After two years of deliberation, I decided to buy a hot tub. After careful consideration, I chose Gardenvity, even though I was initially a bit skeptical because the company is based abroad. The many positive reviews on various platforms convinced me.
Several technical and delivery inquiries were answered promptly and courteously via email every time—this built a great deal of trust. Delivery was slightly delayed due to weather conditions, but remained within reasonable limits. Self-assembly was easy thanks to the clear instructions. A defective pneumatic switch was replaced immediately after a quick response, and the exchange went smoothly.
After a few weeks of use, I can say: top quality, great workmanship, and excellent service. I can wholeheartedly recommend Gardenvity!"

We gave a review of our 4-6 pers hot tub when we first got the tub (it was all great - as described/very responsive customer support/helpful speedy delivery/worked well etc) but obviously could not comment on how it worked over the long term.
We are now looking to upgrade the cover (I made my own as we were tight on our budget) and reached out to Gardenvity to get a proper one. Customer service are still great and very quick to respond and helpful.
The hot tub itself has been perfect for us and we enjoy sitting out in the garden, especially now that it is dark early and getting colder. It all works just as well as when it was first delivered and the woodburner heats it up at a reliable 10C/hr even at this time of year. We have our own logs so heating is free and carbon neutral. Sat out last night to watch the village firework display (half a mile from our garden across the field) and enjoy the super moon."

The delivery arrived exactly as scheduled, and the setup was very easy. The hot tub is high quality, looks great, and works flawlessly.
Even in winter, heating the water from 15 to 39°C takes less than two hours.
We control the filtration system with a timer, and the water stays usable for weeks.
We would especially like to praise Gardenvity’s support — whenever we had questions, we received a well-informed answer by the next day at the latest.
One tip: a thermometer helps you get a better feel for the right heating time."

"I’ve had my wood fired hot tub from Gardenvity for about 2 months now and I’m absolutely thrilled with it.
But let me start from the beginning. Last year we removed our large swimming pool from the garden because of the high maintenance and low usage. So I started looking for a better alternative. After a short search, we decided on a hot tub from Gardenvity.
At first, I was honestly a little skeptical because, compared to other manufacturers, Gardenvity offers very well-equipped hot tub sets at a great price. However, those doubts quickly disappeared after reading the reviews and experiencing the efficient, friendly, and quick communication with their customer service team.
The ordering process was simple and straightforward — just the way it should be — and the communication right up to delivery was perfect (delivery time was exactly as promised).
The delivery itself (without assembly) was on time as agreed. The driver was friendly and helpful.
Once the wood fired hot tub was in place, the complete assembly only took about 2 hours, thanks to the clear and easy-to-follow instructions.
All in all, I’m 100(00)% satisfied with my Gardenvity hot tub and can highly recommend Gardenvity and their products to anyone looking for a high-quality, well-built, and comparatively affordable wood-fired hot tub.

"We received our Gardenvity hot tub 15 days ago. It was a purchase made after a long period of reflection and comparisons. During that time, the customer service team was very available and answered all our questions. When placing the order, once again, the sales team was helpful, available, and gave good advice. We waited about 8 weeks for delivery — the time needed for manufacturing — and upon arrival, the product appeared to be of good quality. Despite some scheduling complexities, the delivery planning team was patient and very responsive. The delivery driver, who came from Lithuania and was working alone due to a non-stop delivery route, was very friendly. He agreed to manoeuvre through a rather narrow driveway (4 m) to place the hot tub directly on our terrace. The unloading was very impressive! I can’t say exactly how long the installation took — my husband handled the electrical connections after delivery. It took some time since he could only work on it in the evenings after work, but it wasn’t difficult to do.
We managed to run a test the day before our holidays. We noticed a small issue with one jet button, and the after-sales service was very responsive. The replacement button is already on its way by post.
After returning from holiday this weekend, we were finally able to enjoy our first bath — a truly relaxing moment for the whole family.
The smell of the fire burning in the stove during the bath is a real pleasure.
Making such an investment abroad can be intimidating, but we have no regrets..."

"Clear recommendation to buy After extensive research, we decided on a hot tub from Gardenvity. Like many other reviews, we also had concerns because the company is based abroad (Lithuania/Kaunas). However, this turned out to be completely unproblematic.
Ordering process: We chose a pre-configured hot tub because the price/performance ratio was very good. Payment was safe and hassle-free thanks to PayPal via the website.
Delivery: The period from ordering to delivery was longer than described on the website. However, Gardenvity always informed us in good time. The delivery was announced on the day of delivery. We did not use the installation service.
Communication: Contact with Gardenvity and the shipping company (in English) was always fast, friendly, and competent.
Build quality: The hot tub is very well made. All parts are of high quality. Self-assembly was straightforward. The electrical connections are protected with an RCD (FI switch) and additional fuses in separate fuse boxes. The filter system can be disconnected from the hot tub using shut-off valves. We used this for the first use in sub-zero temperatures and will only start using the filter once temperatures are above freezing.
Use: Even in sub-zero temperatures, the hot tub can be heated from tap-water temperature to operating temperature in about 2.5 hours. Heat loss is relatively low. Overnight at -8°C, the hot tub cooled from 39°C to 33°C. Reheating it to 37°C only took about 30–45 minutes.
Conclusion: We are thrilled and can recommend Gardenvity."
